I rated this hotel high due to the convenience and balance of budget vs location. Even though building is bit old, and rooms are not perfectly renovated, you can actually reach every location easily...

The location of the hotel is excellent with the train station next to it. There's a Sogo store near the hotel but the things are the usual departmental stores with the standard expensive price...
