I stayed at the hotel on 30 July 114 and had some misunderstandings with the hotel, after coordination, the personal insights were as follows: "The hotel was able to actively communicate with me after a problem, showing sincerity." “Though there were some misunderstandings at first, the hotel is willing to listen and improve, it is worth it.” "Hopefully the hotel will continue to remain that attentive and believe the future will be better." "Recommended to friends because the attitude of dealing with disputes is reassuring." “Thanks to the hotel for being patient in coordinating with us after the problem occurred and showing a responsible attitude. Finally smooth reconciliation, let me feel the honesty and care of the vendors. Looking forward to the hotel's continued improvement, we will also consider visiting again and recommend it to friends." Mr. Chen Chen, 114.09.30

Hello Fellow Travelers, My stay at the Kingdom Hotel in Hsinchu City in Taiwan was breathtaking, memorable and worth the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt quite at home each day for a week. If I get another chance to revisit, I would make the most of the time once again. Taiwan is prone to earth tremors and slight movements can be felt in your rooms and can make one's heart sink but for locals, it's a common occurrence and one get's used to it over time. The environs are safe and walking within the city makes any visitors appreciate Taiwan as a destination of choice.

We chose it to have fun with my children and nephews and they really had a lot of fun. Everything was perfect and unlimited in our hotel, especially in terms of food and drink. We would love to come again during the summer holidays. Kids won't want to leave
