Typical Taiwanese hotel, service is efficient and quick, Room is OK with millennium design. Looks and smells clean, we had good sleep, the hotel lobby can get very crowded as many local go for dinning there.

The most humble staff, amazingly comfortable rooms ( family rooms). The best hand showers with perfect pressure and temperature. The staff at happy hours and breakfast went out of way to make us comfortable. Free flowing beer, juices, coffee, biscuits during happy hours with comfortable group seating was icing on the cake. Smooth check in ( less then 10 Mins) and check out for a group of 16 pax much appreciated. Staff with English Language limitations used Google translator to communicate. It was raining and 2 staff stood with umbrellas to help us board our bus. Loved the hospitality and humility of the hotel staff

We use it to stay with our guests because we have all-you-can-drink beer until 22:00. I'm happy that YUAN, who works there, is always kind.
