Love Home Garden Inn

This is very close to bus station, restaurants and the wharf; easy walking distance. Having the same name as a competitor is a bit funny. Quirky decor in the foyer us a nice touch. Staff are helpful and transaction ally bilingual. No towel in the room.

Considering paying 80 euros (2800 ntd) for a room you might expect something good. Well that turned out to be wrong: -no towels in the hotel -no door in front of toilet, just a transparant shower curtain -extremely noisy: you will hear the neighbor walk, brushing teeth, peeing, everything. Such bad acoustics I have never experienced. -you shake in your bed when people walk past. -extremely hard mattress and pillow. -breakfast is 300 meter far walk, very busy. All in all for this price you can get something better. Advise for owner: Tear down the building and construct something brand new that justifies the price.

Good enough for a day or two's stay. Inexpensive for an expensive town. Walking distance from town proper where you'll find restos, shopping and the pier. Just don't expect glamour from this tiny inn cos it's really quaint.
