Very arrogant hotel I have been going to this restaurant for 3 years I also paid more than 100,000 yuan to the hotel. Recently, I reported some issues to the company supervisor 1. The oven temperature is 60-70 degrees. You cannot sweat or relieve stress. Most users report that the oven temperature is not enough, but the charges are the same as those of 5-star hotels. Some 5-star hotels in Taichung such as: Jindian, Sun Moon Millennium, Fresh Hot Spring, Yu At Yuan Restaurant, the oven temperature was over 80 degrees, but the manager said he had asked about it, and all other restaurants had similar temperatures, so he just casually ignored the customer's opinions. 2. The company's hot spring equipment has not been updated in 3 years. There is always water on the floor of the locker room. The oven always smells musty. The toilet is dirty. The temperature of the hot spring pool is not fixed. It is high and low. The dirt in the shower room is too slippery and easy to slip. Unfortunately, the service staff did not inspect the oven regularly, and sometimes customers fainted from shock in the oven, and the guests themselves took many precautions for their own safety...................... 3. What is unacceptable is that the company did not review it, but instead told them that if they were not satisfied, they could choose another hotel in the same industry... So arrogant and arrogant. I paid about 45,000 for the annual membership fee. ........Alas, please let everyone comment after the announcement is made.

But after experiencing the manager-level service yesterday afternoon, I already know that the service quality is really good.

This is a review of the hot spring only. First impressions: the building is beautiful, modern and appears new. Second impressions: the receptionist who served me spoke perfect English and inquired if that was the langauge I would like to use. Third impression: the price is outrageous. NTD600, because - as the receptionist informed me - it was a holiday. I later found out this meant the weekend. Having said that staff were decked out in Halloween costumes which added a certain degree of holiday ambience to proceedings. Back to the price, and according to the web-site, the fee is NTD450 on weekdays and NTD550 on weekends. Kids are cheaper. I could have been slightly ripped off, or the web-site could have been out-of-date. So if I was miffed about the price, why am I still giving it 5 stars? Two reasons: the facilities were huge (as Tawianese hot springs go), clean and varied; and the other punters were largely very friendly. One guy saw that I was a little lost upon arriving and took it upon himself to show me around. Delightful. Towels are provided, and hot and cold filtered water is on tap. I, for one, will be returning, steep price notwithstanding.
