Eagle apartment

We were initially quite worried about this apartment found off Expedia as there were no reviews available on Tripadvisor but it turned out a hidden gem! The hotel is situated within a shop in Fengjia market so it's extremely convenient to explore the food/shopping areas at night. It's also an adventure to get to the room since it requires one to go underground through a small alley (not recommended for people above 1.7m) before taking a lift to your room. The room was really value-for-money, huge with all the amenities (ie. towel, shampoo, soap, towels).. there is even a rain shower! Only bad thing is that the hotel does check in strictly only from 3-10pm. They did not allow us to leave our bags at the hotel before 3pm and if you need to check in after 10pm, there's an hourly charge. If you can work around this like we did, Eagle Apartment is strongly recommended!
