the room is quiet big, it's clean, the furniture and bed are all new, location is good very near night market, the breakfast is good about 5-6 dish, and they even offer bread and fruits and the dinning area is big can accommodate large group at the same time, the reception even have a massage chair. i like this hotel

Deluxe Family suite booked! Very OLD & TIDY room. Totally different than the photos they had on both booking.com & Trip.com. “ SERIOUSLY MISLEADING” behavior! Saw some other reviews about their bad customer service, especially lots of people talking about a pregnant women at the front desk. I think I saw her( not pregnant anymore) and experienced how bad she was with that poker face 🤣（she’s the one in red circle on the 4th picture) the blue circle one just little silly, Mainland China’s hotels with 2-3 stars has way better service then here, I guess they got to learn from them a little more but not just keep declining. The only reason I give them 2 Greens are their location( later I’ve found out there are few more better ones about the same price plus super close to Fengchia Night Market）like La Vida etc. Definitely won’t come here again plus recommend any of my friends to even try. Stayed here many times at least 6 years ago and everything was better, specially customer services. Ground floor where the elevator going up has no AC most of the time in the super hot summer time. The only thing I satisfy this time at this hotel is the breakfast is okay and people there are nice.

The location of the hotel is convenient, nearby there are Kōcheen, Kang Nui Me, Kōnan Grand wholesale, well suited for travelers to bloodshed😂, walk past the Hankah Night Market is only a few minutes away Check in on the 12th floor, next to a massage chair, table balls, and breakfast may be included (?) This time I booked a standard double room, HKD $485 for the weekend, reasonable price - the room is very bright, very new (of course some edge corners have traces of years). With marble pattern, white main tone, plus some wooden furniture, the overall feeling is quite good 🙂 Charging has a plug and usb, very convenient; the refrigerator has also a freeze and cooling location, which is relatively few; the air is cool enough; the bed is very large, there is also a supporting power, the pillow also has a milk pillow provided, if there is a memory pillow is better 🙂 The bathroom is very large, there is a bathtub, a sanitary toilet, and the washing dishes are located on both sides. But the water pressure is not great, the water speed is good Basic toothpaste toothbrushes, shave, bathroom, hair washing water, slippers, fan and water are all available, but the fan only 1000W is not enough big wind.
