Finally, back to this hotel for the 3rd times. This hotel has great rooms,clean bathroom and the bed was very comfort. Hope can back to Taichung and will stay this hotel again

I rode a large heavy-duty machine to relax that day. When I made the reservation, I had confirmed that I could park the heavy-duty machine. When I arrived at the site in the evening, I was told that I couldn't park it (but the parking guide didn't make it clear, just that I couldn't park it). I was actually a little annoyed when I heard that. I parked nearby and called customer service to explain the situation. Later, someone from the hotel, I didn't know whether it was the manager or someone, came over and told me that the parking space for the heavy machine was full (only then did I know that it was shared with a car, but it was parked by a car. It didn’t open the possessive box to allow parking of the crane). Later, I was asked to stop at the door first, and then go down and move the car when there was a seat. Although I had this experience, at least it did not make me unable to stay that day, and the check-in experience was all very good. , in addition to having someone to guide and show you the table after entering, there is also someone to handle the meal. The experience is great, but it would be better if the communication and coordination between the counter and the parking lot were more tacit, instead of just letting me stand at the entrance of the parking lot at night Blowing cold wind and letting other people watch at the entrance of the parking lot will be uncomfortable for anyone, especially large heavy-duty machines will be more sensitive to parking issues (major environmental issues), so everyone must set out. Make sure you can stop before using it, return to the essence, this price is good value for money based on the check-in experience

We had misgivings about staying in Xitun area because there really is not much there except for country style mutton cafes. We enjoyed every part of our stay beginning with check in because staff are so genuinely nice looking and great service with a smile. Rooms are spacious and attractive, clean, beds so comfortable, bathroom with tub and shower and toilet room in marble. Fitness center is so active with members clearly liking to spend their time there. Pool is adequate, it's inside, we prefer outside. Staff there are simply outstanding and smiling. I would rate it 5 if it were in an interesting area.
