The hotel offers a nice lobby area for lunch, drinks, coffee and snacks. There is also an onsite pool - which I found very enjoyable. There are also lots of interesting restaurants, markets and retail things in the surrounding neighborhoods - all within walking distance - including a museum immediately next door to the hotel property.

Four months ago we scheduled a 19-day stay here for Nov/Dec 2025 but had to cancel. Why? A few days before we were to leave from the states, we learned that the renovated rooms had no chest of drawers and none were planned. Did not want to step over and around our luggage on the floor as well as constantly bend over and kneel down to get our belongings. (Hotel personnel offered older rooms with chest of drawers but indicated we would have to move/in out four to five times due to others' reservations.) Do not understand any of this! Can someone else comment? Had stayed here before in nice but aged unrenovated rooms and always had a pleasant experience.

Tai Nanjing Sugar Grand Hotel is a 5-star hotel in Tai Nanjing, next to Tai Nanjing Cultural Center and Buck Memorial Park. Although the hardware equipment can be seen with age, there are beautiful swimming pools, children's playrooms, gyms, and warm three men and women can be used for free. 24 October 2025 We stayed in a family of 5 people in a family of 6 people, there are 3 double beds, two sets of bath equipment, large space, soft and hard beds, and high CP value.
