An old hotel which needs a major refurbishment, beds are hard and aircon is noisy. No heater in winter and the hotel staff simply ask you to switch off the aircon. Location is ok, about 10-15 min walk from station though not recommend to walk if you have luggages. Nearby shopping mall and plenty of food options.

Quite a distance away from the train station. Plenty to eat & see within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel staff don't seem to know a lot about the neighbourhood but tried thier best to help. Nearby street good is plenty

I visited from India to tainan for a business trip, hotel is situated at very good location in marketplace. staff is very cordial & understand well the need of overseas customers, food is also very good. staff speaks English well.
