I stayed at the hotel's Executive Twin for four nights because it was near Ningxia Night Market and Dihua Street. It wasn't the high-rise I had hoped for, but the middle-rise, the seventh floor, and through the window I could see the old building next door. The room doesn't seem large, perhaps because of the low ceiling. Instant coffee and tea, which are not drips, and two plastic bottles are served daily. Drip coffee is in the lounge on the first floor. It was the first experience in Taiwan without a water server. Storage is adequate, but there is no tea desk and chair, so we can relax I can't drink tea in my room. The cafeteria, which goes up the stairs from the 12th floor to the first floor, is small, and the variety of food is not good. Is it more like 3.5 stars than four?

My 24-year-old daughter (me) and my mother, who is in her 60s, were both on their first trip to Taiwan. It was very nice to stay here. · There are several staff who speak fluent Japanese at the front desk, so you can rest assured. They not only helped us arrange taxis, but also helped us deal with the drivers, which was very reassuring. ・The location is excellent and you can walk to Dihua Street without any trouble even in the rain. We also walked to Taipei station for dinner. · The room has a stately setting and is spacious so you can spend calm. The bathtub, which is separate from the shower booth, was also very relaxing. They made the bed and cleaned it every day, and it was pleasant. · The front desk is also a space where you can relax. The coffee in the coffee machine was delicious and I drank it every day. It’s a small thing, but the elevator always came right away was stress-free for me as an impatient person! I would love to stay again if I come to Taipei again!︎

I paid for a Deluxe Room with - amongst others - a window but when entering this room, it is small and dark. Reception was confirming that there is a window but you need to push hard to remove the window cover. When doing so, you first see a concrete wall before you finally encounter that there is indeed a window behind the bed. When asking the receptionist if a room with a "real and normal" window is available, I was told that this is a Deluxe Room, no need to complain. The room was smaller, the electricity card holder fell down at times. What an experience. Never ever again.
