Simply Life Hotel

I think the translation should be Simple Life. Just the basics – old tube tv, good full bed, big shower and modern toilet. Visitors should know that for the price of a hostel in Taipei, you are getting a great value for this room near Taipei! Given the savings, you shouldn’t expect many amenities. Although I will admit that the no elevator was a bit of a surprise for me, especially when I was on the 5th floor! No worries, my luggage were not that heavy and the flights of stairs not that tall. The bed was a little stiff but still comfortable especially after flying 15 hours! Nice big shower with lots of hot water (tankless heater system). The breakfast was just simple peanut butter and bread. Just the basics for a Simple Life!

Far from MRT; smelly room; not enough socket to charge my phone; noisy in the afternoon; small room. Just totally beyond expectations - no lift and they gave us at 4th floor (OMG); dirty room - just arrived and already feel like all not good- let see for the breakfast menu tomorrow.

price, location, and rooms have all you need, and are clean and well maintained. staff are once again Taiwan style, corteous and efficient. great value for money. breakfast is varied and caters for all tastes. in the two days we stayed, food was varied, and service from staff, catering, reception, and room service, was more that appreciated, respectufull and corteous. Hotel very clean , and far from simple, everything you need is there in your room. perfect!
