From the moment we stepped out of the car, the arrival experience lacked warmth. The doorman who opened our car door did not greet us warmly and seemed entirely disinterested, as if he just wanted to get the job done without any hospitality or a simple smile. The room itself felt dated and cramped, particularly the bathroom, which was far too small for two people. Furthermore, it lacked a bathtub—something we fully expect from a luxury establishment. The shower experience was incredibly disappointing; on our first night, the overhead shower had low water pressure and was barely lukewarm. While the hand shower worked slightly better on the second night, it still fell short of expectations. The bed was equally frustrating. The mattress is of low quality and lacks proper support; every time my husband turned around, the movement woke me up. The only plus from this hotel is its location. Very conveniently located within the shopping district. From the initial arrival to the restaurant service and housekeeping, nothing about this property reflects a 5-star standard. It felt much closer to a 3-star hotel. This will certainly be our last time staying here.

Had a full day business meeting here. The meeting arrangements as expected. The bento box lunch was a nice surprise and exceeded my expectation. However i was expecting a call from the front desk and the staff did not manage to help me get to the call, which was a miss 7/10

Stayed in the Deluxe King room for 4 nights. House keeping was great. Hotel facilities were top notch. Decent buffet breakfast spread. In-room dining was speedy. Room was modern and clean. Easy access to apps on TV (Netflix, Youtube etc). Bathroom was clean and modern (Toto toilet). Good WiFi speed (Speedtest 300Mbps download, 200Mbps upload). Great location. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here.
