We booked two units four four person. The room is small but quite ok, no lift to 3rd floor. It is about 7 min by walk to City Hall MRT station. Out two rooms ane facing the main rood and the windom is not sound proof. So, it is very noisy. I have requested to change rooms and waiting for response. See what will happer

First of all, the room is not the same as the pictures. Instead of a four bed, spacious room I got a cramped box with 2 thin futons. There is no free wifi as advertised. Service isn't all that amazing either.

For NTD1,200/night, my aunt and I liked them because they are near to City Hall MRT station, and are within our budget. Best of all, the City Hall bus terminal (where Hankyu is the anchor tenant: food + shopping) is about 10mins walk thro' the MRT station. Eslite bookshop + high end stores, and other high end malls are behind the City Hall bus terminal. An adult fare to Taoyuan Int'l Airport is NTD145. Mattress is medium soft. Brown checkered bedsheets and pillowcases are dull though. White bath towels are ok. Generous supply of hair and body shampoos. We stayed for a total of 5N (before and after our round the island tour). Check-in: 5pm or earlier depends on availability. Check-out: 11am. Call the office, and their staff will come by with the keys. Upon check-out, drop the keys in their mailbox on the ground floor for the loft units. 1N in the loft unit, which is abt 10-15mins walk away from their 4th flr office next to 7-eleven on the same road. Comes with a TV, a washing machine and an electric stove (we did not use it) + 1 pot, 2 plates and 2 cups. Due to non-availability, we were put up in 3rd floor in 看月 "see moon" hotel for our 2nd N, which is 2mins' walk to the City Hall MRT station, and 20-25mins' walk to Taipeh 101. So, we left our luggages in their office after check-out, and returned in the evening for our rooms. The room's cartoon painted (a prince & a princess) walls may be a put-off to some. Use the side entrance door with a PIN number. Same goes for the 3rd floor door, and room door.
