No check in time was mentioned on hoteltravel.com, happen to see a piece of paper on a steel door writing "the check in time is 5-9pm, any later than 9pm will require an additional NT500 to mr.chen, the person in charge" when we reached, no signboards noting the apartment, just papers. Had to contact the owner several times for passcodes to access the doors. We reached around 12:30 & the previous customers have yet to check out.
We had a very hard time sleeping the whole night. The bed is very lousy, you can feel the mattress spring and the pillow is very flat, the aircond aims directly at the bed, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The sink will leak as well.

The only good thing about this, is only the location. However, there's a better hotel with similar price right beside it. Your choice.
