I stayed at this hotel for two days, and both times were a disaster. On my first day, I came down only 5 minutes late, and they still slapped me with a late check-out fee. No flexibility or understanding whatsoever. The second day was even worse. The room was in terrible condition—it smelled awful and was clearly not well-maintained. I asked for a room change, but they rudely told me there were no available rooms and even suggested I change hotels. This was at 10 PM, with my flight the next day. With no other option, I had to spend the night in that disgusting room. This hotel has zero regard for customer service and comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

Room is spacious and clean, daily housekeeping done a good job. Location is typical of most taiwan hotel by the roadside, difficult for park but thats prettty normal in taiwan for these mid of midrange hotel. What made the location good is that it just right beside a Night Market. It's not those touristy like Shih lin, but a typical night market for locals, so it is a great spot for a day of work, not crowded and perfect for a stroll, meals, and wind down. Alse nearby 2 convienient store so it's a plus. Although hotel is by roadside, at night the sound is still accept, not really noise and able to have a good sleep.

kind and efficient staff. the room is small, but for business trip with late arrival and early departure it is okay. bathroom okay, with both bathtub and shower. but not that clean. the room furnitures are ageing. the room and bathroom would need renovation. the main issue was the non-existent soundproofing. the room are overlooking the main street. traffic is 20/24. window's glasses are like cigarette paper. impossible to sleep even my earplugs. noisy room due to road traffic is quite common in Asia. but for the price you pay at that hotel, you have to get a better and quieter room.
