I booked 2 twin bedrooms for 7 nights for approximately MYR 11,500. Overall is quite a pleasant stay except some hick ups. The staff are friendly except one senior staff (appeared to be) who refused our request to supply a fresh towel to us despite explaining that the towel provided is wet ! After much argument with us he finally agreed to replace it reluctantly! Breakfast is average. The room is quite dated , it's time for refurbishment!

It's been around for quite some time and has been used for tours, and I only knew its name. It can't help being old, but it has been partially renovated. I can understand a little Japanese and feel safe. Double room without windows due to room leave plan. Wi-Fi is sometimes cut off but dead. The TV could see regular NHK. Confirmed with advance information without any disposable amenities. Notably, he stayed four nights for breakfast, but the contents were changed every day and the number of dishes was reasonable. There is a free washer and a 50 yuan dryer. I thought it would be OK to stay there again because it has good transportation.

Spent a week here in late July 2018, good location short walk to subway station, bike hire self service station across from hotel, good for short stay of a week or two, came with a free daily breakfast which was very good, staff at hotel were very friendly and decent people. Hotel was within walking distance of numerous eateries.
