Yo Lai Regency By Friends Group's Hotel

We came here as family today and regretted.We booked through expedia and found out the the quadroom has no bedframes and my mom could not sleep on it as she is having knee pain.So we went to talk to the manager.We talked so nicely with the manager and even dont mind to pay extra but the manager was rude and shouted to us when we asked why there is no transperancy on their website.Please do not visit this hotel.He should tried to explain to us instead fighting with the guest.Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Stay at this hotel for 2 nights and had a very pleasant time here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is very comfortable and clean. Free wi-fi working perfectly in the room. The location of this hotel is easy to reach most of the tourist attractions in Taipei. Lot of restaurants near by and a night market just few minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is really delicious. Tea and coffee provide whole day on the top of hotel .

We stayed two nights in this hotel for a family trip in December. It was hard to find a hotel that could accommodate a family in Taipei. Yo Lai had the room that met our needs. On top of the spacious room, the location of the hotel is very convenient. We walked to the closest metro station in less 10 minutes. We really enjoyed the free hot breakfast served in the morning. As we were eating, we saw the chef cooked the vegetables. If you like traditional Chinese breakfast, you will be satisfied.
