I stayed in an upgraded four-person room for three consecutive nights. Breakfast, service is good. Despite being three stars, the front desk staff understands English. It was hit by an earthquake with a seismic intensity of just under 5, but no broadcast or guidance from the hotel. No lights on the stairs. Power failure, no water interruption, some peeling inside and outside of building tiles.

I stayed in an upgraded room for four for three straight nights. The room is large, but the shower-only bathroom is small. There is a refrigerator, but hot water comes from servers on each floor. There is no heating. Staff can speak English and Japanese a little. There's not a lot of breakfast to choose from, but it's good enough, desserts and bread. 200 yuan by taxi from the station, 10 minutes by free bicycle to the city, and you can visit the tourist attractions.

The pastries and cafe were very good. The free bikes were the best way to get around the town and the free use of the washing machine was very handy. The hotel is in a quiet area and access is easy. There is plenty of parking at the hotel parking area which is about 50 meters from the hotel entrance although you can load and unload at the front door. The WiFi was reasonably fast and reliable at around 7 Mb/s. The area is quiet and easy to access. The room was big and had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Considering that the patisserie is attached to the hotel there was nothing edible for westerners at breakfast. We had to take our own Orange Juice, Yogurt, cereal, and fruit. There was no bread suitable for toast, we had to ask for more scrambled eggs as they had run out and there was no bacon or proper pastries. The small air conditioner in the room struggled to get the room down to 26 Deg C. The bed was a bit hard for our taste. The hotel does not have a restaurant available for dinner so we had to ride the 1.8km down town for restaurants. The furniture in the room is a bit dated but functional. Since our room faced the east we were woken quite early each day as the curtains were not black out. The bathroom is clean but there is not much room to lay out many things.
