Really impressed with this hotel staff were lovely, we didn't arrive til 7pm as our flight was delayed, when we arrived the reception very friendly we both got a cold hand towel and a welcome drink to freshen up. Room clean and well thoughtout, beds comfortable and the pillows usually they are on the hard side in hotels but these were soft and thick. Pool is good bit on the small side but wasn't a problem. Breakfast not much choice but enough to start the day off, took me a few mins to work out the coffee machine though 😂. Great location 10min walk to limpini park and central park mall, BTS and MRT stations within walking distance 5-10 mins plus there is a shopping mall right next door plus a 7/11 mins away . Will definitely be coming back

I discovered this small friendly boutique hotel a couple of years ago and love going back. I had three short stays there over the course of a month during this visit. Location and service are great. Go for the deluxe or executive rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The reception staff is excellent, especially Naly and Pui who took care of every need and welcomed me with professionalism, courtesy and smiles. If you like the huge corporate hotel chains--this is NOT that place. This is small, classy, manageable hotel with its own charm, located close to mass transportation, shopping and plenty of food choices. It is in the heart of the gay neighborhood which is wonderful. Another suggestion: avoid the breakfast, it is sub-par by any standard and there are plenty of other options within walking distance.

I returned to this hotel after 7 years, because it is generally good with a hearty breakfast and very close to the Pat Pong area, which despite reports of losing excitement was jumping the weekend I was there. It is close to the metro system and Lumpini Park and shopping centers. The English content on TV was okay, but they must have dropped CNN, because they had it last time I was there. The staff's English proficiency was not good, with one exception, and I had to use my translator app a lot. English is the International travel language, used by Germans, French, South Americans and other Asians, etc. A good hotel should be proficient.
