Luxx Hotel

The hotel didn’t have many staffs but I believed they tried their best to maintain the services under this kind of situation. However, it didn’t turn out well. Front staff informed me that one of AC in my room couldn’t turn on. After changing room, the toilet in the second one couldn’t flush. (It was little bit shock when a repairman came to our room because he dressed way too casual. tank top and shorts. not even put the shirt with hotel logo) I and friends end up in the third room which was different type of our original booking. Room for 3 has 2 types. With and without kitchenette. I booked the one with kitchenette but the third room they gave us didn’t have it so room rate was cheaper. Somehow front staff didn’t know much about room type. So after showing her the room info on hotel website, she agreed to correct the bill and offered special discount as compensation. Both type were big and had space enough for 3 though. Its decoration was not much different. Wood and homey style. It was ok to stay one night here. But don’t expect to enjoy the bathtub. Water was too weak to fill it.

Very good experience, staff very friend and helpful. Management very cooperative and understanding, well cleaned, hygiene standards well maintained by the hotel. Excellent location, good places to visit by walking around. Recommended.

I stayed at Luxx Silom for a night and noted to one of my favourite hotel. This hotel provides me the nice room with bathtub. The detail of the room is nice but the air conditioner wasn't work well at night.
