Pro: I have the privilege for room upgrade from standard to deluxe type. What more surprisingly, I was informed our room upgraded to Premier type upon check in. We booked two rooms. The room is really spacious with sofa bed, comes with kettle, safety box, coffee, tea sachets and drinking bottles. There is gym and swimming pool facility located opposite of the hotel building. The location is superb within 5 minutes walk to the nearest BTS station,. Con: The air conditioning is a bit difficult to control for the temperature . It was too freezing although I set it to 25 degrees. Meanwhile my friends staying in the other room with the light switch buttons loosen. We were not supplied with disposable slippers. In order for grab to drop by the hotel to pick up, there is a parking charge although for short period within few minutes but luckily the grab driver didnt ask us to pay.

Hotel is old an very worn down everywhere, hallways dark as if it is on emergency lighting. Room view direct into another building or parking house. 1 towel a person no hand towel, charge extra for all extra eks. You book Double bed u get one duvet, if you want duvet for each person extra charge. Beds squeak. Shower moldy. Can buy breakfast, but not good. Fitness under construction and located in another building and so is the pool. Pool ok but changing facilities for pool also in other building, in extreme bad condition, moste not working. Elevator out of order 3 times in 3 days, but got fixed again and agian. Next to trinity mall, but its closed down. Better hotels in area at same price.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. We had two “premier rooms” on the fourth floor of the annex. The rooms were both musty. The air conditioning extremely noisy, as on a main road, the decor worn out and not clean. The cupboards were out of doors. The view into the backyard like the gateway to hell. There were countless bugs in one of the rooms. Complaints were only reacted with a shrug. We asked for another pillow for our daughter, who was officially allowed to stay “free” according to the information in the booking. For this we had to pay 500,- Baht / night.
