Staff is very friendly and great swimming pool.The location is so great because nearly the bts and Mrt. But the room was a little bit dirty, I hope next time I will back here again.And thanks for staff Noon and Mint, they are very fantastic girl.

This hotel has its basic amenities for a business travellers. Clean and big toilet with a comfortable bed. However ,it is too basic to make one stay a comfortable one. It is quite noisy consider it is just next to main road with no acoustic treatment to all window panels, and don't be cheated when the internet says they have SPA. Not even a simple massage place. Breakfast ,very limited...and for muslim you can only choose breads and salads.

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend as location was good and close to family. We were allocated a room in a building behind the main building. Reception staff were efficient and the room very modern and comfortable with all amenities. Very comfortable bed a few mosquitos/ants around bathroom area but main problem first nights were some incredibly annoying noisy neighbours in the rooms next door who thought it was acceptable to shout and scream for over 2 hours in the middle of the night. Breakfast was included in the price but ranks as the worst buffet I have had in a hotel. At 9am all the food was cold and congealed having been cooked hours if not days earlier ? Coffee had stewed I tried a little of the 'hot food' but my wife found a hair in the first mouthful so put us both off. Decided to have just toast instead but there was no butter to put on it so asked for some and a small frozen dish of butter was presented with what looked like part of someones eyelash attached to it ! There ended the breakfast .... the orange juice was watered down or poor quality. Obviously didn't bother with breakfast second morning. My Thai step-daughter did complain to reception about the noisy family and poor breakfast on our behalf and were given a 200bt refund. Nice room and location but more work needs to be done on providing a suitable breakfast and whether they want tourists or long term rentals.
