I’ve never rated a hotel below average and it’s based on facts. The reasons that would keep me from using a hotel again is if they fall far short on service and maintenance. This one came up short on both much too often. The hotel is 2 star level at best. It has service issues. They seemed overwhelmed when busy and not constantly maintaining good standards. Check in was slow. I did not receive a working room key when I checked in. It took several hours to get it resolved. That’s not acceptable. There’s a 1,000 baht room deposit even if you prepaid your entire stay. Not sure what it’s for because nothing in the room is worth that type of deposit. It’s among the highest that I’ve seen and that includes much better hotels. The room was small, fairly clean and bed firm but fine. Room cleaning speed is hit or miss. Sometime they get to it soon and sometimes they get to it late. The workmanship and maintenance is poor. The bathroom light switch does not work I can’t turn it off. Bathroom sink faucet is very loose and moves when turning on or off. The hand shower head holder is a bit loose and will not hold the head in place while you shower. It start point down then turns upside down away from you. Water is leaking from either the toilet or the sink. TV is possibly via antenna over the air. Duct tape was used for mirror repair. Dim bathroom light. The door lock is taped up. The safe is small and old with no instructions. Can’t get a good connection in some of the power outlets. A night stand drawer would not stay closed. The internet work but did notice slow speeds frequently. You do get noise in the front until 5 or 6am. It’s a location for travelers interested in drinking, bars and red light activity.

Ok for a night or waiting for your flight,small room if you get the one without a window but ok 700B aircon remote didnt work had to close manually because it was only full speed ,tv didnt work no channels no signal,wifi ok, but beware seems this is more a short time hotel or love hotels for couples,heard at least 3 couples having *** in my 5 hour stay

I had to pay a 1000THB deposit at check-in in case of any damage. The bed sheets were already ripped and the room furnishings were low quality. When I checked out the staff member at reception resisted returning the deposit firstly by pretending to be asleep then he couldn’t speak English, then pretending he didn’t know where the deposit was kept and saying I’d have to wait until the next shift for another member of staff to arrive. When I told him where the deposit was and I was going to leave a bad review he miraculously started speaking perfect English. Avoid this hotel.
