Avoid Conrad Bangkok:( My wife has late stage breast cancer, and they charged us for a rollaway bed to keep her safe because she had a chemotherapy Port inserted. We even showed the hotel staff the chemotherapy port, and they insisted upon profiting from it. This is not the Thailand I’ve always known. Did they also want my wife to take off her wig?

Aloha This is our first time staying at the Bangkok Conrad Residences and all I can say is WoW. I want to say special thanks to the Valet staff, Front Office team (Special thank you to Sunjinan Tonphu "Daisy"-Guest Relation manager, Nichapa Teerawutudom "Nicky" Duty manager and Ayelyn). Thank you special thank you is for Housekeeping team and F&B team for their wonderful job well done. My favorite was the cappuccino that being serve during our breakfast was the best ever. Our family had a great time there and we will definitely be back and my daughter really love your room. It's so nice and clean. See you soon Mahalo

Here is a review from my 9 year old, who wanted to write a review for other kids! Hilton Hotel Bangkok The Hilton Conrad hotel in Bangkok is super nice. First when you walk in the people greet you and they take your bags up to your room. My family and I went around Christmas and the decorations were super cool. They had 8 big Christmas trees on the front. And my favorite part was the pretty blue and purple flowers around the place. After that we went to the pool, the pool was really big and had Jasmine flowers surrounding most of the pool. I really liked the pool because the pool did not get really deep which makes it fun to do hand stands or flips in the water. They also have a spa, I did not go but I heard it is super nice and kids can go! The next day we went to breakfast, which is my favorite part they had a buffet* (*a buffet is where you can just get up and go get food with out looking at a menu*) and it basically had all the foods you could think of like pancakes, waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruits, bacon, muffins, and doughnuts. I could go on forever. It was so nice and the food was so yummy. We stayed at the residence hotel, Conrad Hilton. The rooms were super nice and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was really big, the shower had a normal shower and a rain shower*(a rain shower is a shower the falls directly over your head rather than in an angle*) and the bath was huge and it had a mini shower on top. Finally my family and I left and the man kindly took my bag and suitcase to the car and said bye. Overall I think this was an awesome stay. I loved it.
