Communication before arrival was disappointing. They never responded to any messages through Booking.com (for example, I requested their WhatsApp number on May 28, since it can sometimes be different from the one listed on Booking, but received no reply). On the positive side, our room was ready before the official check-in time, which was appreciated. The location is convenient—close to Khaosan Road, but surprisingly quiet with very little noise disturbance. The rooms are a good size, and the hotel has a nice pool. The shower had excellent water pressure. A few areas could be improved: there were only three single electrical outlets in the room, and one was occupied by a lamp (requiring us to unplug it to charge devices). The lighting in the room was also quite limited. The air conditioning was strong on one side of the room but barely noticeable on the other bed. Since we stayed for a few days and the beds were on rollers, we rearranged them to get better airflow and make the room more comfortable.

We were stranded 5 days in Thailand following the conflict in the Middle East and we knew the street well. Prices were soaring at the time and we had booked by default... clearly, cleanliness lovers, go your way. The rooms are outdated, the hygiene questionable. Carpet with multiple tasks and shower with mold. Quite unusual for a hotel, you have to ask every day that the housekeeping be done (never seen this personally) and especially before noon. But, even when you ask in time, it's to little happiness the chance the passage. As for the swimming pool, since the property wants to make maximum profit, it is sublet for 200baht/day to the guests of the surrounding hotels. People leave empty bottles or dirty underwear there. The staff is Indian and does not speak English. Those in charge are Thai and have no desire to talk with you if the subject does not suit them. There you go. You'll be notified. We didn't have a choice at this time, but if you do, RUN AWAY.

I tried to change the dates for one night less, the price doubled ?! Because one day more. I asked how is this possible on booking contact property. They refused to answer. I asked nicely again and ask for replay. They ignored me. I sent an email directly to property. They didn’t answer. I tried both contact again and again because the time for charging my account was in 2 days. They ignored me. Sadly. I don’t want it to happen to you.
