Recommended for those looking for an affordable private room near Khaosan Street. However, of course earplugs are a must, as the buzzing sounds of the outside will be heard all night. Even late at night and early in the morning, there is a busy street and you can walk without anxiety. We arrived after 2am, but there was a staff at the front desk so we could check in. The room may be a little smaller for two people, but one person is fine. The air conditioning worked well and Wi-Fi was fine. But the big problem was that I booked a non-smoking room but was given a room where I could smoke. There was an ashtray in the room, and it smelled like cigarettes. I was too tired to have my room changed. I was patient and stayed for two nights, which was very disappointing.

I booked this hotel for three days in Bangkok due to the good location and the appealing recent photos and was really looking forward to the stay. Unfortunately, our flights to Bangkok via Dubai were cancelled due to the political situation, which meant that the entire trip could not take place. For this trip to Thailand I had booked several hotels in advance – and all the other accommodations responded understandingly and met me. However, this hotel is the only one that has not responded to any of my multiple messages that I already sent over a week ago. It is particularly disappointing that the full amount has been withheld, although I informed early on about the situation. During this time, the room could have been easily reassigned. I find this behavior unprofessional, uncustomer-oriented and simply disappointing. Should I travel back to Bangkok in the future, I will definitely choose another accommodation.

For the price this is perfectly situated one road back from Khao San Road and even though still on a very main and busy road, no noise at all. Bed was so comfy. Having a rooftop pool was an added bonus. Would def recommend x
