For what is meant to be a five star hotel is comical. Please do not go. Bad location, far from amenities or attractions if that is the purpose of trip. Extremely rude when checking in, ignoring us and speaking amongst themselves or on phone. Room was horrendously filthy. Bathroom was not cleaned prior to. Check im, soap scum smeared all over shelves, tap, sink and mirror. Shower was brown to say the least, with brown soap and dirt residue along the floor and shower door. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The curtain a were ripped, outside patio filthy. There was no electricity on arrival after inserting key card several times , it did not work. Phone in room engaged each attempt to contact reception with our issues. No refund received after showing the staff pictures of the room. They simply gasped in response, took pictures of our images shown to them, and refused refund when asked. We had to book somewhere else last minute, which is another expense. Far from a platinum suite and definitely nit a 5 star hotel at all. AVOID Note: we have been traveling for months around Asia and have never seen the likes of this , cheaper hostels have been way better than this,

The hotel is dated, with its strengths and weaknesses. The room is generous in size and includes a kitchenette, depending on the room you will have a balcony or a jacuzzi (not working) The thermal insulation towards the outside is entrusted to non-thermal windows and metal frames so to stay cool you must keep the air conditioning on even at night, if the noise doesn't bother you. Basic toiletries supplied: they don't give soap and toothbrushes 🪥 but yes to shampoo, even if the quality is dubious, better to switch to dispensers which are more ecological and save on bottles to put a neutral and natural cleansing product, these little bottles with psychedelic colors also no. Outside the structure in front of the entrance there is a swimming pool and a gym but there is no access control, anyone could enter, the swimming pool is practically on the road, which must be crossed to access. The breakfast is aimed at Chinese customers who use this hotel en masse, especially tour groups. Worth mentioning is the restaurant, the menu and drink sets are of excellent quality and presentation. Would I come back? For the services and the structure, with aggressive price yes, as for location no: there is no accessible means of transport, for everything you have to get around by taxi

Bad location, nowhere near a train station so we had to get taxis everywhere which all added up when we on a tight budget. Once we were out we had to stay out, so we couldn’t go back for a shower or to freshen up after a day out before going for dinner like we usually do. Don’t think this hotel is accommodating for Westerners. Only one person spoke English and of course she can’t be on reception 24/7. There’s a restaurant but wasn’t suitable for us. From our experience there was a LOT of Chinese, with about 10 coaches arriving during our week here (that we saw) and we didn’t see any other Westerners in the hotel during our stay. There was a wake up call at 6.30am, which we asked to turn off for the remaining of our stay. In the mornings at this time the guests on our floor would be VERY loud, shouting and laughing whilst we were trying to sleep, there was probably only one morning where we didn’t wake up to noise. Hotel was very nice and clean. Upon our arrival we had a young man help us with our bags and take us to our room. Reception and the outside look really nice, just like their pictures. Swimming pool is located across the road with a small gym. We didn’t use the pool as it was raining but we noticed there were limited beds/seats. Clean towels and free water provided, nice little balcony, fridge and TV and toiletries. The shower door wouldn’t shut properly but it’s a big shower so luckily the bathroom didn’t get too soaked and slippery. Big bed and a spacious room. No food is allowed in your rooms, so if you order you have to eat outside or in reception, where there were plenty of comfy sofas. Bit random and not related to the hotel, but we were opposite the football pitch where one night there was a game at 4am, which was quite loud, but most nights games would finish around midnight. Also, the lights were left on and one of the window had no blind, so the bright light was coming through. Personally, we wouldn’t stay here again.
