Next to the road but quite private. Not far from the beach. Near a delicious local restaurant. Had to deal with some black ants on bed and in toilet for a bit. Kinda unadjustable shower but good overall.

We booked the family room where we, four friends, stayed. The room is clean with fridge and ac. Room Service is everyday who delivers free Water. Room is equipped with Water boiler. Beach is near by. Beautiful walk through their pretty garden to the beach. Breakfast buffet is at a reasonable price and super friendly staff everywhere. We would definitely come back and recommend it our friends.

sorry to say i was not happy with the 12x12 foot room for myself , wife and 7 year old. it would not have been too bad if the bathroom/shower wasn't down 4 steps in a room below floor level and slippery when wet. the bed/mattress was on the floor and the 300 baht a night for the child bed was a thin duvet and a couple of towels! We lasted one night, during which i was sick as a dog and spent most of it in the toilet area with the mosquitioes. In the morning we spoke to reception and (although predominently thai speaking) one young man did speak english. my thai wife did initiate the complaint, and we were moved to a chalet in bann imm sook which was a proper sized room with level bathroom. At any level, the beach was a good 10 minute walk, traversing a rickety bridge over a small pond. the whole resort was actually not busy even though its summer. down the road the hotel seemed to hold all the foreigners! we tried all the restaurants along the main road and the selection of seafood. The beach was mostly empty and had the usual washed up rubbish. the sea temp was really warm. we walked along a bit and found a cafe for a beer or two and discovered beach side rooms which were slightly more expensive.
