Right on the river, it has a beautiful garden setting with a small pool. There are many restuarants to walk to from here. Breakfast was included. The owner was pretty fun! Wifi was a bit iffy.The room had a small deck with chairs and a decent bathroom-although getting hot water throughout northernThailand was difficult.

We stayed here for one night in September and regretted not to have turned and looked for another place after arriving... The beds were like a wooden shelf that hard, the staff was paying more attention to themselves than to the guests and the location wasn't what it looked like on the website either. Should you be backpacking and get bored with the hostels; stay in riverview point resort and you'll enjoy the privacy of your room. When ou've grown out of this type of travelling; consider one of the other great places Chiang Mai has to offer!
