I spent my first night here on 28th January. This is probably a new hotel in the middle of chang khlan road because the taxi drivers don't recognise the address. The attendant serving me obviously do not speak english only basic yea and no. Generally, his friendly and keeps his smile going. To my surprise, checkin was hassle-free, no waiting involve, no queueing. All I was given was a key to the room on the second floor. Mine room had a disco ball on the ceiling complemented by the lights, similar to the pictures shown. Showers seems dirty, but the hot water is working fine. The tap water knob seems old and needed grease, but no signs of rusty pipes. Particularly, our rooms do not have necessities like toothbrush nor shaver, you have to get them in the drug store nearby. The toilet glass door makes it look cool, but again, privacy issue so I don't really enjoy it. More importantly, my room does not have a window. I spent two nights here, feeling comfortable at an affordable price. Some minor issues with the toilet but it does not affect my mood.

Stay for 3 nights Feb 7-10th, 2016 Overall ok, breakfast good, average price, if you want to stay here choose the upper studio. it just you can hear people talk from next room, location is good very close to everywhere.

Let me start with the positive things: The service girls did their best, even they can only speak a few words English. Impression of room 5 - Elvis theme: - Bed has a soft frame which was so dirty that we used towels to avoid any body contact. -Bed was very hard and covers cheap synthetic which either makes you sweat or freeze (air con turned in between normal to cold.) - guest shoes offered where dirty and seemed to be used more than only one time. - furnitures are scratched and damaged. - door too balcony has a gap to floor of 3cm - as this side facing a very noisy main road, we need too use towels to cover to be able to sleep. - room was very dirty - insects on the floor, ants traveling around in whole room. Windows seemed to be last time cleaned at least three yrs ago. - Shower is very dirty and hot water requires you to wait for 3minutes, then the "direct flow through e-powered heater" provides 30 sec very hot water (too hot -burned my arm) and then you need to wait for another 3 minutes - this procedure is looping :((( - Music system was turned off but speakers did start to make strong humming noise during night until device did get disconnect by the service girls. -aricon worked well but remote was broken 2 times. - Now fresh towels and room did not get cleaned on 2 day of our stay. My recommendation: don't waste your treasure-full holidays with this hotel. Spend a few bucks more and choose a 4 star hotel in Chiangmai .
