Not over 1000 baht per night(Include breakfast) with a good service but room and facility quite old. Overall is ok.

This hotel is horrible: very dirty, everything is half broken and the staff is extremely rude. Usually they are not in the reception. It looks as if they did the hotel few years back and since then they haven't done anything. They just don't care. The worst value for money in all north Thailand

We booked the family room at thb 3100 and were very dissapointed. Had to leave, and still waiting for response from agoda. 1. No towels available until 4pm. Wet sòiled bathroom rug given. No apologies. 2. Staff rude, manager refused to talk. 3. Bedsheets and bed are old, with torn sides. 4. Had to clim 4 flights of stairs to reach room. No lift. 5. Hotel pictures in agoda website and reality very different. 6. This is more like a hostel, located in shoplot.
