We had a quick drink at this place, it is a lovely place to have a break, friendly staff and reasonable price, we also liked interior and architecture of the building. We will be back again next time.

Five stars for the room -- it was comfortable, bright, had a little balcony, very good AC that we appreciated in the afternoons. Towels & TP & soap, bottled water on the first day, a mini fridge in the room. All quite nice. Two to three stars for the shared bathroom. We were here in the off season, but the first couple days the guesthouse was busy and the bathroom was being cleaned daily. Once it quieted down, they stopped cleaning the bathroom and it really could've used a scrub every couple days. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the downstairs area was a nice place to sit and read and work. The wifi downstairs was reliable; upstairs in the room it was okay when it functioned but far too patchy to get much work done. The location was great. We extended our stay a couple times, since on balance it was a place we liked to stay.

I had a terrible experience since I arrived untill I get out from there. The room and the bed linen was dirty. When I arrived they put me in a room that was smelling gross, like a musty terrible smell, that gave me a headache, when I opened the fridge, it was also smelly. I asked if it was possible to change my room because of the strong smell, they said if I wanted to change I would have to pay more, because they didn't have a room available with the same price, but they had others empty rooms there. As I didn't have the money to pay more, the girl at the reception wrote to me in Google translator (SHE COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH) that there was nothing she could do if I didn't pay. The room had no window, so I left the doors opened when I went out, trying to decrease the smell, but when I came back, someone had closed the doors. The TV didn't work properly. In the other day I had to do the check out, they have signs inside the room telling that the check out time is until 12:00. The same girl at the reception came to my room twice, before 12:00, really rude, annoying me and telling that I had to do check out (what I knew). And it's noisy.
