Ratchiangsaen Flora House

The personnel is very, very politely. The hotel is beautifully and chic decorated, located near the main gate of the old city, on a secondary street, not very noisy. The manager very involved in the business - we had a request about cleaning and she took care immediately. Breakfast is not buffet but ok. They even pack a breakfast pack for us, because in the last day we went for the airport before 7 am, when they are opening the cafe. Good wi-fi. Nice and comfortable balcony. But: At first site this boutique hotel is very chic... at a second look, the drapes are dirty the lamps were dusty, the bath needs some maintenance - shower changed, and a proper cleaning. Details... too bad they pay no attention to these important things. a hotel room should be sparkling clean in the first place, after comes the decoration! Either they reduce the price or fix these problems.

I think that pictures show hotel better that what it is in real. Kind of old, aircon was too noisy (and old) , bed was ok , but noise was coming from the street (even if it is not a high trafficy street noise was disturbing) Breakfast was ok and staff was friendly. I wouldn't recomend it, for the same price there are much better options in Chiang Mai

Nice boutique hotel, clean rooms, very tasty breakfast, even if it's not buffet. Staff was helpful and they offered us a complimentary transfer when we arrived. Location is great, 3 minutes from Chiang May gate, where one can also find plenty of delicious street food. We had a lovely stay at Flora House.
