No nonsense basic clean rooms with en-suite shower room, fair size with air con and a small balcony. Outside communal areas with a shared refrigerator, bikes and scooters available for hire, the staff are friendly and helpful going as far to print out some boarding passes for us, cheap as chips.

not bad location, but very poor standard. shower was terrible, bed sheets were badly stained, walls were so thin, you can hear ppl snoring from every direction. also the area was full of school kids. the owner was friendly and helpful but his wife wasnt. you can find better place with similar price easy. avoid to stay here if you can.

The room we stayed in was generally good. It was huge BUT the bathroom was way too small and there was no sink in it... not very convenient for brushing your teeth and washing your hands. Otherwise basic thai bed with good wifi connection and a fridge at the guests disposal. We also had a private balcony to dry our clothes. The owner of the place was very friendly and always seemed happy to have a chat with us. The hotel is well located in the old city near the night market and the great massage place made by ex prisoners.
