I had a pleasant experience here. It could be a bit noisy due to the street below being busy. Also, the Wua Lai Market generates a lot of noise but the upside is that you only need to step outside to experience it. After being wiped out from sightseeing, it didn't phase me. If you aren't a light sleeper, you will be fine. One of the staff members (maybe the owners daughter?) spoke English well and was able to help me with directions. Everyone was friendly and considerate despite the language barrier. The rooms themselves were cozy and very clean. It was nice to step out onto the balcony and 'people watch' with a cup of coffee each morning too.

Its a great hotel for staying and very near to all attractions of Chang Mai, Thailand. the hotel staffs are very good and speaking good English and very good and clean rooms. in overall i have enjoy this hotel. i would suggest the hotel to locate their hotel in correct place in google map.

Room was clean, beautiful, well furnished and spacious, but that were the only positives The staff spoke only thai and chinese. That made me really angry cause I actually needed them to organise something for me. No basic english knowledge whatsoever. Only a girl working in the kitchen new some english, but I noticed that just before my departure. Also, the location is pretty far from the main tourist attractions. My room was from the streetside, and the windows didn't colse properly, so it was very noisy at night, hard to fall asleep. I moved to another hotel as soon as possible.
