Srikum House

Really good hotel, working aircon. Big room and bathroom with hot water. Location is little out of town but you can walk to the night market. Service is more than great, really friendly host who provides everything for you. Only 1 negative point, the matress is really bad. You feel the spirals/springs in it.

Stayed here because everywhere else was booked out during the new year. Very unfriendly owner who insisted that we checkout at 11 am when the checkout time was at 12 noon. This would not have been an issue except for the fact that we travel with 3 puppies. When we checked at 2:30 pm the room was not still not ready, even though we were promised they would arrange check in at 1pm! small room, bad location, Probably the worst place in Chiang Mai.

This is more a guest house or homestay than anything else. The host himself is so lovely and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy with tv and aircon. There was bread and jam and hot drinks available in the morning. The location is pretty close to the big night market bizarre area. Great price. Great stay
