The Bliss Chiang Mai

I rent a condo here for 7000B a month, I have 1.5 rooms, an amazing view of the doi sutep mountain . the staff cleans the room once a week, with a small gym downstair, the most amazing thing about this place is the location near Maya shopping center nimman road, highly recommended.

Before I forget it is right in the path of the airport early morning and late at night planes very often even near midnight. I have been here in the past and although I always new the women's greed it suited me to come back. This time was a nightmare. For a no smoking hotel there was a lot of smoke smell in my room. I asked others and THEY SAID THE SAME. I asked to change rooms and they said I agreed if I wanted to change there would be 1000 baht. Yes true but not due to smoke in a non smoking hotel. I have bronchitis from the amount I had to breath. I told them it's unacceptable so the downgraded me and kept 1690 baht for the change. I told them they broke the contract not me, they didn't care abt anything but money is their GOD. I paid in advance but left because it's not worth my health. My contract was for 1 month. No matter what they might come back with trust me they aren't good people. J was crying because it wasn't fair, older solo traveler and a couple that were staying there told me that they also felt they weren't good people. I had put down 5000 baht for another date that they agreed to keep for me until my return this time. But i want you to know upfront my daughter was in a life death situation and had to return to USA. All other non refundable bookings in Thailand and Burma returned it due to the crisis, not them. They said my booking was for high season but I gave madam greed over a month notice but again due to emergency everyone returned it but not them. If you have any interest in truth ask me please I wouldn't trust a word they say.

Was a little worried about the airplane noise mentioned in the reviews. There is noise from the planes at times, but it is not that bad. I was able to get a good nights sleep. Planes don't fight over from 12:30am until 7:00am and even then the noise is short lived. This hotel is a serviced apartment also there is a laundry room to do wash. To dry your clothes air dry them on the balcony. There are some nicer places in the area for the same price but this place doesn't have loud music from near by establishments. Some rooms have an Ethernet port for internet access. Wifi is standard. The Internet connection allows for a solid Netflix stream experience.
