The Moatview Guesthouse

This hotel is VERY DISGUSTING and can't be on TripAdvisor 's page. It looks like the horror house. They never have cleaned the rooms and bathrooms since it opened. My mother did it ! Cheap doesnt mean dirty !!!!!!

This hostel was truly up and down! Certainly more up though. Up in the way that the site location at which it is situated is breathtaking- you are literally staying right next to a beautiful waterfall and a natural clear water swimming 'pond' where people come from all over the island just to visit. And it's right at your doorstep! Down in that the rooms were slightly dirty (bugs and not cleaned etc). My friend and I weren't fazed by this as it was such good value for your money. The staff were super helpful even though there was a slight language barrier. All in all good value for money and brilliantly situated due to the waterfall and a beautiful beach just down the road. Would recommend for a backpacker!!

We traveled 5 girls and we didn't feel safe. It's not a hostel, it's just some random rooms (ours and 2 more, I think) on the 2nd floor of an doubious travel agency. The people who where there were polite but strange, always laying on the sofa, cutting nails.. We didn't know there where other people staying there, everything is dark and underconstrution. The bathroom (even for asian standards) is horrible. The room had A/C and it was clean. We booked 2 nights and we spent the 1st one scared, and then left the place...
