The room was nice enough and clean. The service was awful, there was next to none. There is only a security guard outside who isn’t helpful at all. We got our keys for the room from a cleaner as we were not told any way to get the keys before. The wifi only worked for an hour and when asking the security guard about the problem she said to speak to the boss. We couldn’t as we are international and don’t have a Thai number and no wifi. The location is in the middle of no where so along with that and no wifi it is impossible to get a taxi. The gym had no equipment that worked and the pool only had one lounge chair and none of it was in the sun. The TV in the room didn’t work and wouldn’t even turn on. Every message to the hotel through booking.com was replied with we will respond shortly with no response for over a day or a repetitive message saying to call if there were any problems (we couldn’t). In the end we moved hotels to where we were meant to be staying the next night because we were getting up early for a tour and had no way of even getting to the other hotel to drop off our bags. It was also one of the most expensive places we’ve payed for one night and when contacting the host with our problems were replied to eventually with no help or sympathy. Would NOT recommend
