The hotel is a great alternative to host in Nimman, near to good places to eat and have fun without losing the peace, the decoration is awesome, the beds are soft and comfortable, the rooms are HUGE, the service is 5 star and the breakfast is good. An opportunity for improvement would be to cover the space between the stairs and the wall, a fall from there can be dangerous, and have the opportunity to illuminate the upper bed from above.

We stumbled upon this sweet little hotel down a quiet street near the heart if Nimman. The lobby is charming and very well decorated. We were greeted with a smile and offered a welcome snack while we checked in with our 2 teen age girls. The family suite offers a loft which was not ideal for us as it offered only one bathroom and no privacy. The loft ceiling is low and has several metal beams which led to a painful bump on the head. The beds are very cozy and soft- the rooms are clean and smell good. The shower water was tepid instead of hot which was a huge disappointment considering the previous hotel we stayed at around the corner had a much bigger room and hot water. But.... after I complained about the water, a friendly plumber arrived with tools and a ladder and fixed the hot water problem. I was very impressed.The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.When my girls were reading in the lobby the staff brought them sprite and sliced apples without saying a word.There is a delightful bar in the lobby.

We came for the lantern festival. This little place was perfect. Not too crowded. Only a few rooms available so we never saw any other guests. The stairs are a little much but it was worth it. They staff was beyond pleasing. Very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. They offered snacks and drinks upon arrival. A very nice touch after a long day/flight. The room was spectacular. Bedding was a super comfortable. Decor in the rooms and all over was very tastefully done. We absolutely loved this place. Would certainly stay again if we ever return for the festival again. I’d recommend skipping a rental car and rent a bike. It’s super cheap for the day 250baht/day (abt $8). That’s how everyone gets around. We will never rent a car again in Thailand. We both fit on the bike and it was super convenient. There’s a rental place right up the street from the hotel. A Tuk Tuk to the house will cost abt 150baht. Again. Very cheap. And only abt 2 miles from the airport. This place made our stay here in Chiang Mai very memorable. Please give them a try.
