This place is hell. It's dirty, it's unkept and the facilities in a lousy state. This is not a resort but the big scam. From what they show in the photos to what is actually a chasm. HORRIFYING and fatal. Not to mention the treatment of staff who are bitter about working in such a disgusting place. I attach pictures.

We arrived at the park and reception was very unfriendly. Looked like we had to report to the army. There was no warm welcome from it. Suitcases went to the room on a cart. Suitcases were put away and staff just walked away. We wanted to go swimming but the pool was completely green with algae, so we let that moment pass us by. Then decided to go to the SPA. However, it no longer exists. Building is completely dilapidated and has not been used for years. The bath in the bathroom is very dirty. Vermin in the corner of the stairs near the bath has since been removed by ourselves. The photos on Agode probably date back a large number of years. Then decided to have a bite to eat in the restaurant. However, it was also closed. However, we could eat in the bar. There clearly indicated that I have a very severe sesame allergy. It was reassured that was absolutely not used. What a surprise our surprise that a bowl of marinated vegetables was brought in that all contained sesame seeds. After saying this and telling me that if I had eaten this I would have had to go to the hospital after taking my own emergency medication, the waiter just walked away. No excuses or nothing. The bar was supposed to be open until 22:00 but at 21:15 the bill was charged to settle. Park is really badly run down. We made our complaint to the reception. However, that was not thought of in a solution. Actually offered the possibility to enter into open communication but get no response. To make matters worse, the electricity appears to work only occasionally. There's cold water coming out of the shower which stinks like hell. There's mold on the walls of the bathroom. The beds are as good as wooden boards. This way it looks more like a survival camp rather than a holiday. We are very deeply disappointed to spend these days in this derelict park. Unfortunately we had to eat there because it is so remote. We also got diarrhoea from that.

Deplorable welcome: don't speak English, someone else eventually arrives and tells you straight "unfortunately..." without even saying hello, I said hello 5 times without answer. We had booked a room with double bed and sofa bed for our son, in reality it is a 1.2m bench, impossible to sleep on, I had to get angry to get the bed we had paid for. And what about their limit pool dirtier than their pond, in which they confirm you can swim. If I had known I would never have paid so much for this hotel which is not up to the price!
