Be aware from this cheaters,room for rent is very cheap 4000 baht per month and that is how they cheat the people because you think it's cheap until the end of month when electricity and water bill come around 5000 baht,we stayed 3 months there,the first month we pay electricity and water 3000b,the second month 4500 and it was very suspicious for me so all in all 8500 for month to pay for this filthy rooms better stay away.That's why we wondering why so many people are leaving away until it comes our bill.When we check out they charging you 500b for cleaning which they never do it like our room,was so dusty,dirty floor,moldy bathroom and walls even we deposit 2 weeks before we go there they never clean the room..i was asking staff how come is so expensive even we don't stay at home we have small food shop most of the time we spend there so who is using electric and water,unbelievable..Also people are smoking in the lobby and many time in elevator also strong cigarettes smell,..So be advised from these cheaters because you will never get government bill for electric and water they just put on paper whatever they want. The aircondition was older than the bible and was very noisy.Overal 0 stars.

Check In is a strict 2pm.... This is an old apartment building and showing it's age internally. Rooms in need of upgrade & \ or repairs. Staff give functional service - had to ask two times for extra pillows. We had baby cockroaches running around the bathroom every night. It was pleasantly quiet up on the 21st floor - no traffic noise and no dogs barking. An OK location if you have a car or motorbike. We would NOT choose to come back here. The internal walls are very thin - you can hear all that goes on in the apartments either side next door. Do yourself a favour - Best book somewhere else...... Not sure how this place got reviews with a score of 10 ( very very fishy )

I rented a room for a month for my Aussie friend. The room and view was worth the money, indeed the ocean view was magnificent. What was disappointing was the desk staff...if one could call them that. They were arrogant, cold, dismissive and more interested in their cell phones than providing service to customers, which are their livelihoods. I live in Pattaya and have not run across such lackluster and disinterested people in many years. The owners of this hotel thrive on Chinese package tours, which may account for the behavior of the desk "staff". My suggestion, stay elsewheres. Thrte are many other hotels, where the Thai staff are friendly and value your stay.
