Nice large room with seaviews and great value for money. Bathroom was good size. Maid was amazing. Supplied me with extra pillows and really did a good job.The only downsides were the lack of sockets. The ones that were there were loose and my travel plug kept falling out. The tv lost all its english speaking channels during my stay but this only inconvenienced me when i was ill one day and didnt leave the room. Going back in May and will definitely check prices here for then. It would have been lovely and quiet but the hotel next door was carrying out building work which is not Baan Khun Nines fault.

Stopped several times. Liked the location and view from the balcony, breakfasts are acceptable, but the hotel is not of the first freshness and there are small omissions (for example, there are difficulties in opening the castle). Not a bad option for your money!

We came to the hotel hoping for an early check-in, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. However, after the regular check-in time, the process was smooth. We opted for a family room with two double beds, and we were pleased with the spaciousness. The room even had a balcony with a sea view. The bathroom was large and had a good shower, which we really enjoyed. The amenities provided were decent, and although the breakfast spread wasn't very extensive, it was filling and good. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the beach on Pattaya Beach Road. The staff members were pleasant, and overall, we had a positive experience. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, this hotel is a good choice.
