Caesar Palace Hotel

She rested at the Hotel Caesar from 13 to 21 June 2026. Drove warily reading the reviews. Since I'm an unsophisticated tourist, I'll write for people like me who only make choices about where to go. Which in fact: the pool water was warm in the morning, just hot in the evening, which when you get out of the water, it seems cool outside. I really enjoyed it (I always have the most important desire to swim in the warm pool and warm sea. Probably, so that life doesn't seem honey to us, in Siberia all pools with very cold water). But for the past two days, the water has been cool but comfortable. Apparently the water temperature depends on the hotel. Checked into a room on the 6th floor. View of the pool. The nights were quiet. The bathroom had a shower water with a hose. After 3 days, the air conditioner started to work as a fan. I went to reception. I don't speak English. I gotta hand it to you, the receptionist's girlfriend had an interpreter on her phone. Immediately sent a man to my room. He tried to prove to me at first that everything was normal, the conder was working, but after my pantomime, he took out a thermal imager from his pocket, saw a temperature of 29 degrees, said OK. The receptionist called the phone, naturally I didn't understand anything, went downstairs and I was also offered an apology through the telephone interpreter and another room on the floor below, with a mirror arrangement. But there was no shower water in room 536. Both rooms had refrigerators, electronic safes, televisions (not included). My stomach is very choosy about food, but even I wasn't hungry at breakfast. Yeah, you don't cook two kinds of eggs with you, you're ready to go. Leaves of 2 types of salad, tomatoes, onions, 2 types of pulses. Every day there's rice, soup, and three dishes that changed. The juices are orange and pineapple (I really liked the pineapple). From fruit-every day watermelon and pineapple, the third fruit changed either pitahaya or melon. Toast bread, a loaf. You can fry in a spinning toaster. Butter and 2 kinds of jams. There's also tea, coffee, milk. You can always find something to eat. Sometimes a dish (like a vegetable stew) with broccoli, cauliflower, string beans with finely whipped meat. Delicious! Not sharp. Who needs seasoning, the sauces are separate. The breakfast pass is your room key. You show it at the entrance, you say hello, you record the number, and you open the doors. I like to walk around exploring the area, so I walked to the Big Buddha. On the same side of the street where the hotel stands, get out and go left from about half an hour, walk to the mountain on which the letters PATTAYA stand, go into the slide, just overpass, drive left, there and straight. The view behind the Buddha is magnificent. And in front of the steps to the Buddha on the left there is a pavilion where the monk, for your fee, says a prayer and ties a rope on his arm, at which point you must make a wish. There are men at the entrance - show 20 or 50 baht, he will give an envelope in which to put the money and when the turn of the sufferers comes to make a wish, crawl on the monk's lap, he will wave his hand towards the drawer where to throw the envelope. Apparently, at this point, he memorizes what color your envelope is (according to what contribution value is there), says a prayer, sprinkles water and ties a rope on his wrist. For 20 baht the rope will be white, for 50 and white and colored (orange and white). White cotton, colored synthetics. After 3 days, the colored woman untied herself (although she was tied in 3 knots and scorched tips). Opposite the hotel exchange where passport is not required. Others scan their passports and require them to fill out a form. Across the street across and just to the left is Central Pattaya Shopping Center. From the hotel on the same side to the right to the first traffic light, turn right, pass 2 traffic lights, cross the other side of the road pass forward and there will be a Big C mall. I liked this mall better than Central. More Europeanized. Just a huge selection of fruit, milk, fish, and what a delicious pastry! Yogurt with bits of fruit is a song. From the hotel to the right on the same side and in 20-30 mins you can reach Terminal 21. The food trucks in all shopping centers in huge quantities and for all tastes. Opposite the hotel, the alley will lead directly to the sea. To be fair, the city is trying to keep clean (as much as they can) has seen only 2 dead rats (thinner ones). Krasnoyarsk is much thicker and has many living ones). On the waterfront, palm trees are cut off withered leaves and taken away. Unusual orange sunsets. Massage parlour, in which masseuses look like masseuses rather than straight, from the hotel to the right and the first parlour to the right. I loved it. And the cabin isn't smelly. And yes, the smell. I coughed up smells for the first 24 hours. The smell of sewage is everywhere, varying in saturation. The smells from salons with aromassages make you breathe once and dream not only of a mask, but of a gas mask. You can get used to it eventually. Or just accept and take an antihistamine (like me). Kind of like the rainy season, but only dipped a little twice. It's 32 degrees. Very hot and stuffy. Sunscreen spray (bought in 7/11). Slim long-sleeved shirt, thin trousers. When I came back from the red-faced shop on the first day, even though I was in Panama, the girls at the reception stopped by and showed me that you could get a sun umbrella for free. I used my umbrella to save myself from burning. Many saw who burned very hard on the first day, and in cloudy weather. Traffic is left-handed. Which is confusing. The street where the one-way hotel stands. Move right from the hotel towards Terminal 21. The hotel has a lot of Hindus, Russians, a little bit of Chinese, Koreans and a few Europeans. Knowing the downsides, you can always make a choice and structure your holiday to be comfortable. I wish you all a pleasant holiday!

This is the third time we've been to this hotel this year. And worse and worse every time. Cleaner wanted to put shampoo didn't want to put. Not to mention toothbrushes. Even though we leave her 100 batts every morning when we leave her room. 20 years ago, it was a five-star hotel. And now the greatest asset is location.

The hotel is nice even though it's a little tired. Rested for 16 nights, all the time there was peace and quiet both in the hotel itself and around. Everything is in walking distance, fed well, uniformly, but well, never been hungry. The staff is friendly, there is no deposit, the pool is open 24 hours a day, someone even swam quietly at night. The plus side of the hotel is that by the pool there are sun loungers, tables, sunbeds, and after 1 p.m. the sun goes behind the hotel and it's not so hot anymore. The rooms are good, I didn't hear any neighbors at all, even though all the rooms were occupied. In 2026 I'm going there again
