The room had mould everywhere. All over the walls and tiles. I got sick after spending a few nights there. The security guy was very rude, he walked into my room without permission at exactly 12 noon, which is time of check out. He just stood there for a minute and asked him are you OK and he just looked at me and walked out. The girl at reception was also very arrogant when I checked out and said I stole some slippers from the room which I did not. Charged me 50bBaht for them, such a scam

Location: very good; spacious rooms; good cleaning; very friendly service; air conditioning too loud; Hotel staff's English is poor! There were two of us and we played golf. The hotel is a bit old. But still OK.

This was our 2nd stay in sea me spring chain of hotels and it was a pleasant one like before. Last time we were in sea me spring too but this time we were checked in at sea me spring 1. Both are good. The check in process was smooth after some initial confusion. Our room was ready for us and it was very well maintained/cleaned. The bed is firm but comfy. The ac is VERY effective. The staff is friendly and smiling. Special shout out to the house keeping ladies, they are very polite and diligent. The lady on our floor gave me my credit card back which i dropped outside my room ! Gave her a nice tip. The location is great ,walking distance from the beach and many restaurants and pubs on the beach road. Only wish a 7/11 was also nearby. The pool was the highlight for us ,not a soul present on all the days we stayed, we had it totally to ourselves which was so relaxing. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
