Bad experience staying here. Will no longer stay and no recommend other to stay. I stayed here with my mom during 2-3 May 2026. We arrived lobby at 11.00AM. Noticed that check in time was 15.00hrs. We were fine to wait following check in time policy. I did ask that can we check in and will back to pick up room key ? Staff said that no check in advance only at 1.00pM that all people allow to check in the same time. So meaning all guess will allow to check in together at 1.00Pm. Surprisingly yes, at 1.00Pm all guess stand in the line with long line for checking in. My question why the hotel not just check in and let guess come back to pick up the room key later ??? That was well manage. When checked in, staff only informed that room was included ABF but did not even tell where and when ? I need to call and check it myself. Staff were not friendly at all. Even I did companied about it not any apology. Just informed hotel policy. Bad experience with staff.

Our room we got smelled of mold and numbed. We had the superior room. The air conditioning saw black the bathroom shower saw green and the room was hugely dirty. After 10 minutes in the room, the fungus already knocked on our breath and had a strange taste I mouth. They gave us another room. It was just the same. In the end we looked at 5 room which were all the same and had dirty dirty mold and stunned. Provided my girlfriend has asthma, we couldn't risk this. And this on Christmas Eve started our day well. We went to look at a villa in the hope that these were better. They were more expensive but good. Another hotel take cook not. There was nothing left. The villa looked reasonable but still dirty. After 10 minutes we heard a Gecko. After some research there were 3 geckos in our villa. We did get that one out. But this was because there were huge holes in the door closure. There was a dead man behind the seat himself. Eventually they came to clean the villa and fix the door. But I definitely do not recommend this hotel. It's a 4 star but not really worth 2. I'm definitely never coming back here. Bad hotel I've ever stayed in. It's dirty and dirty. The staff is friendly and did everything to arrange everything.

The hotel''s ambience is umbrella, calm, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The oceanfront hotel has beach access, spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, full room facilities. The staff is pleasant, smiling, and helpful, and the breakfast is a good selection, and the overall value for the price if you have a chance to return.
