Staff very rude and moody. Everything has a price - extra bedding the hotel want to charge 2100 baht, food and drink by the pool is overpriced for Thailand - the same as England. The prices are not...

We had such great time in the hotel especially with animation team Carpe Diem (KseniaWookie Tamara David). They have many funny activities and cooking master classes.
