Clean and friendly , centrally located on Pratumanak Hill between Jontiem and Pattaya CBD. Found the manager and staff helpful and for the budget conscious travelers this place offers a safe haven close to some great attractions like Big Buddha, and there are beach’s a short walk away down Soi 4.. Good food venues close by.

I have been to Pattaya many times and I always head to the Victoria Hotel for the best pork pie, but I like it hot. The draft beer is cold unlike normal Pommy pubs and the atmosphere is cordial. I will be back again in May 2015. Looking forward. The Thai staff are very friendly but some of the local patrons are a little off putting with their dread pommy attitudes.
