We booked the whole villa of 7 rooms as we were 12 friends. Awesome bungalow and awesome service. Breakfast is served hot. The lady takes care of cleaning and all.. awesome experience.. will surely visit again

If you are a group between 7 and 14 people don't hesitate to book this property for your stay. We didn't like pattaya too much comparing to other destinations in Thailand but it's worth visiting the city of you're staying at Kintamani. You can experience the luxurious Far East culture for just staying there. Large rooms with large beds, amazing pool, beautiful gardens, and statues of Hinduism in every corner which gives the villa a style. Nid and her sister are the best hosts you can have in Thailand, too gentle and helpful. She will cook for you every day different food .. Don't forget to ask her for Thai food since she's the best at it. She will help you discover the city by advising and arranging for you where to go on a daily basis.

Lets start this review from scratch..Ness (thaiger) responses have been the fastest that i have ever experienced. He knows everything that you will need to know and am sure can arrange pretty much everything that you ask for..we were very fortunate to meet him and have a good chat quiet entertaining also;-)..So we checked in in this gorgeous villa (as shown online) for 3 nights and met Nid (shes is the all in one of this place)..She is such an amazing host and cook with so much of patience and smiles..She took care of us so very well and made us feel like we were at home (we were 7 adults).She made sure all our needs were taken care of. One of the days we had requested her to make some BBQ lunch and she just made our day. Oh man she makes tea which tastes so nice we were embarrassed to ask her to make more everyday. Villa - The villa is kept very neat n clean, the interiors of the villa is very tastefully done (balinese style). There are 4 rooms down all of them are big with attached bathrooms and then there are 3 on top which are medium sized and one of them does not have an attached bathroom which is a disadvantage. Location - Ideally located villa with your local store about 10 mins away which is the main road and walking street is just a 15 min drive for which you will also get taxis on the main road.so commuting should not be a problem and if u rent a bike nothing like it.. Finally we would like to that Nes and specially Nid for being such wonderful hosts.If we ever come to pattaya again which i am sure we will this is the place to stay..
